Southern A&E designed the renovation and expansion of the Villa Rica High School Stadium, replacing the existing bleachers and all major support structures. The project includes new home and visitor stands providing seating for approximately 3,500 spectators, with about 2,500 on the home side and 1,000 on the visitor side. Both sets of bleachers meet current ADA accessibility standards. A new press box above the home bleachers accommodates media, coaches, and event operations.
The home side includes restrooms and concessions beneath the seating structure, while the visitor side features new standalone restroom and concession buildings. A new locker room building located behind the visitor stands houses team and official spaces to support gameday activities. Site improvements included new field lighting, fencing, sidewalks, and expanded parking to improve circulation and safety. The completed project provides a durable, efficient, and welcoming venue for athletes and spectators.
